FLiCKS COORDINATOR
It's the duty of the FLiCKS Coordinator to organize the quarterly Grad Night at FLiCKS. Specifically, this officer should:
- With input from other members, select the date of the event
- Negotiate costs of the event with the FLiCKS management
- Purchase refreshments for the event
- Organize event staff
- After the event, inform other members about event attendance
