SECRETARY

It's the duty of the Secretary to take minutes at meetings and in part to archive important documents. Specifically, this officer should:

  • Attending weekly meetings and take minutes
  • Distribute the attendance sheet at every meeting
  • Respond to any e-mail sent to gsc@assu or forwarding it to the appropriate person
  • Edit the minutes and distribute to the deputy chair for further editing/clarification
  • Post the minutes on the su.org.assu.gsc newsgroup
  • Work closely with the webmaster to ensure that key documents related to the GSC are created and updated
  • Collect and organize GSC documents and materials related to the GSC
  • Work with the webmaster to ensure that website is up-to-date
  • Keep track of the GSC inventory list
  • Help maintain a "history of the GSC"
