THANKSGIVING DINNER COORDINATOR

It's the duty of the Thanksgiving Dinner Coordinator to organize the annual GSC Thanksgiving Dinner. Specifically, this officer should:

• Oversee the work of the Thanksgiving Dinner Fundraiser
• Decide on the menu and caterer
• Organize all logistical details (location, decorations, etc.)
• Organize volunteer staff to collect tickets and supervise the event
• Advertise the event (posters, e-mail, the Daily, etc.)
• Oversee the design of the e-ticketing web site
• Write a post-event report summarizing the event
