- We have a significant reserve accumulated from the beginning of the GSC
- We need a policy stating a reasonable level of reserves and a plan to
bring reserves in line
- Committee will have its first meeting after we adjourn tonight. All
are welcome.

-In Feb 2005, the GSC passed a measure, donate $2K from reserves to
developing Sydney, GLO matched funds for a total budget of $4K
-Moriah has been meeting with EV families under the guidance of Andy
Hernandez and families have submitted first round of items they wish
to purchase
-Moriah supports the purchases & asks for consensus support by all
voting members for this first round of purchases, total $2017.00
-The GSC measure passed in February stipulates that the purchases made
for this room meet the approval of at least one GSC voting member (but
we love consensus so lets go for it!)
9. 6:40 Publicity/Outreach (Stephen Hunt)
- Initiated contact with SCBN and KZSU about broadcasting GSC meetings
10. 6:45 Funding Policy (Thomas Lee, Adam Beberg, Marcus Folch, Peter Lee)
- As mentioned last week, we need to clarify our funding policies with
regard to religious and political groups.
- Can be done with a policy statement, by-law change, or both
- We present drafts for comment (see attached information)
