The GSC has bought several pieces of entertainment equipment which can be rented by registered VSO's for use in group events. The equipment available for rent is a portable sound system, a projector and a karaoke machine. To rent one or all of the components, please check the availability of the equipment of the calendar below. If the equipment is free, click on "add event" to complete the reservation. Please keep in mind the following:

• The equipment must be picked up from the GCC Housing Front Desk (located near the back of the 750 Pub). The office is open Sunday through Thursday 8am - 12 am (midnight) and Friday through Saturday 8am – 1am. Please call (650) 736-7133 to reach the staff.
• When using the online reservation system to indicate duration of equipment use, please write the expected pick-up time and the expected drop-off time of the equipment, not the start and end time of your event..
• Please arrive at the GCC staff office at least a half-hour before the indicated pick-up time to ensure that you get your equipment on time. The staff may be away for up to half-hour periods.
• If the Housing Front Desk staff is away, please see Marcela Chaverri, (650) 736-7078, in the Graduate Life Office on the second floor of the GCC. She may be able to assist you.  
• Be gentle with the equipment. There is currently no deposit or fee to rent these items, but if there is excessive damage upon return of the equipment a fine will be charged.
• Please return the equipment on the time you indicated in the registration form. Other groups may be waiting to use it.
• It may take a couple of days for your reservation to show up on the calendar below, so be patient and plan ahead!
