Following submission of an event, once it is approved by the Events Coordinator, it will be published on the Grad Events Calendar.

Students and student groups are encouraged to use the Grad Events Bulletin to publicize their upcoming event to a large cross-section of interested graduate students. Announcements are compiled, e-mailed each Monday morning to subscribers, and posted online weekly. Fill out the form below by 6 pm Sunday to have your event included in that week's bulletin.

Groups submitting announcements should also know that:

• Individual events generally will only be announced once, though we may consider exceptions for events for which significant advance notice as well as a last-minute reminder is appropriate. Groups that hold events or meetings regularly (e.g. weekly or bi-weekly) may announce these once per quarter, with occasional extra announcements for special events.
• All events should be of interest to a broad cross-section of students. Events geared toward students in a particular department, for instance, will be unlikely to benefit from a campus-wide announcement rather than one on the department's mailing list.
• The GSC prefers to advertise only events that are open to any interested graduate students, but we will consider on a case-by-case basis events open only to a specific community.
