The GSC has a portable sound system and a projector for use by registered VSOs.  Check the availability of the equipment in the calendar.  If available the equipment is available, click the "Add Event" button, and complete the entire form. Keep in mind:

1. Be sure to include the location of your event, a phone number, and a Stanford email address.  
2. In most cases, you will be contacted within one business day of submitting your request. The GSC equipment coordinator will arrange to meet you to pickup and drop off the equipment.   It may take a couple of days for your reservation to show up on the calendar below, so be patient and plan ahead!
3. Be gentle with the equipment, and return it in good order.
